The work turned out to be not so easy as the old tap did not come out as easy as expected so it took a bit longer but he only charged what he quoted. He showed up on time, work was nicely done, he answered my questions, so I recommend him."

He sounded polite, also fortunately he happened to live in my neighbourhood area so promised to come and have a look in the afternoon and did. The root cause was greasy sludge inside of the tap so he cleaned then tested, no washer change needed. No parts, no call out charge. He is genuine and quick. Especially others never responded my emails, calls, some more than a week. One said it looks not repairable so get a new one and they will fit it."
